Hello, I am Dr.Shruti Bachalli. I have done my certification as a Pain Physician from

Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi and MD in Anaesthesiology  from JSS Medical College, Mysore. 

 

I have been dealing with patients suffering from chronic pains for almost a decade.

This arduous and long journey that patients endure has made me realize that an

urgent and well informed approach is the need of the hour.

 

Let's take one step at a time to educate ourselves, understand and alleviate pain.

LET'S TACKLE PAIN-ONE STEP AT A TIME

The approach to pain has been evolving over centuries. As I have tried to understand pain over time, I strongly believe that there is a deeper connection between the body and the mind as far as pain is concerned. I will be dealing with pain through the components of our body which physically suffers and the mind that is traumatized by it. Each individual is different and hence, their treatment plan is different. My sessions will be focused on making an effort to stop it from becoming recurrent and chronic.

I consider myself extremely lucky to have come across Dr. Shruti who has such a deep understanding of chronic pain and the inconspicuous causes for it. For a year now, I have been suffering from persistent gut-related issues. Doing sessions has helped me understand the whole gut-brain connection. Her approach is a holistic one that takes into account our emotions and personality. I am now on the lovely road to recovery thanks to her guidance.
